HRO intends to contract to provide materials for activities to the Khirbet al-Jawz, Darkush, and Jisr al-Shughur centers within the specifications and conditions stated in the book of conditions. The Revival of Hope Organization will study all offers submitted to it and will give priority in its selection of materials that are technically acceptable and of the lowest cost. All details are in the book of conditions.
